We are looking for a courteous, responsible, and service-oriented Steward to join Hotel Vaikuntha Stays. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining dining area standards, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu selection.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
- Set and clear tables as per hotel standards.
- Ensure proper presentation of food and beverages.
- Maintain a courteous and skilled attitude with guests and team members.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support other restaurant operations as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Steward/Waiter in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Well-groomed, polite, and presentable personality.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team-oriented and willing to learn.
