Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: Prior experience in CA practice preferred

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, negotiable based on experience, expertise and performance

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with practical experience in a CA firm who can independently handle assignments relating to accounting, taxation, audit and compliance, while also supervising the team and managing day-to-day back-office operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesFinalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Consolidation of books of accounts and financial information.
- Conducting and completing Tax Audits.
- Preparation and filing of Form 3CB & 3CD.
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.
- Expert handling of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.
- Preparation and filing of GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 returns.
- Reviewing GST reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of GST compliances.
- Supervising staff handling TDS/TDS Returns and related compliances.
- Managing and supervising articles, interns and employees for their day-to-day assignments.
- Allocating work, monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of client assignments.
- Managing the firm's back-office operations, documentation and workflow.
- Coordinating with clients and providing assistance in accounting, taxation and compliance matters.
- Taking responsibility for the quality and timely completion of assignments.

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should:

- Be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Have practical experience working in a CA practice/Chartered Accountancy firm.




- Possess strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Tax Audit and accounting finalization.
- Be proficient in handling Form 3CB & 3CD, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and Income Tax Returns.
- Have the ability to independently handle assignments and supervise junior staff.
- Possess good communication, organizational and client-handling skills.
- Be capable of managing multiple assignments and meeting statutory deadlines.
- Be willing to take ownership of work and contribute to the overall growth and management of the practice.

Compensation & Career OpportunitySalary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending upon experience and skill set. Salary is negotiable for candidates with solid practical knowledge and demonstrated performance.

There will be an initial 3-month probation period. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the selected candidate will be required to execute a 3-year service bond, subject to mutually agreed terms and conditions.
