Admission Counsellor – UG/PG Counselling

Job Description:

- Counsel students regarding UG and PG courses, admissions, eligibility, and career options.
- Understand students' academic background, interests, and career goals and suggest suitable programs.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and student queries related to admissions.
- Explain course details, fee structure, admission process, and required documents.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain student records and update admission status in CRM/MIS.
- Achieve assigned admission/enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the academic/admission team for smooth student onboarding.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in education counselling/admissions preferred.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with UG/PG counselling and admission processes.
- Target-oriented and confident in handling students/parents.
