Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems at client locations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems and surveillance equipment.
- Perform CCTV cabling, termination, testing and troubleshooting.
- Configure IP cameras, network switches, routers and related networking equipment.
- Set up remote viewing on mobile phones, computers and other devices.
- Diagnose and resolve camera, DVR/NVR, power supply and connectivity issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Ensure proper camera positioning, wiring and neat installation.
- Visit client locations for installation,
service and maintenance work.
- Prepare basic installation/service reports.
- Coordinate with the service team and customers for timely completion of work.
- Follow company safety and installation standards.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and surveillance systems.
- Knowledge of CCTV cabling, RJ45 termination and cable testing.
- Basic knowledge of IP networking and LAN setup.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- QualificationITI / Diploma / Hardware & Networking certification preferred.
- Freshers with basic CCTV/networking knowledge may also apply.
