Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Home Collection Phlebotomist to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will visit patients at their homes to collect blood and other diagnostic samples safely and professionally.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit patients at their homes for sample collection.
- Collect blood, urine, and other diagnostic samples as required.
- Follow proper phlebotomy and infection-control procedures.
- Properly label, store, and transport collected samples.
- Maintain accurate patient and sample records.
- Handle patients professionally and courteously.
- Ensure samples reach the laboratory safely and on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of collection equipment.
- Coordinate with the laboratory/operations team regarding daily home visits.
- RequirementsDMLT/BMLT or relevant phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Previous experience in blood/sample collection is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of venipuncture and sample handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable travelling to patients' homes across Bangalore.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
