Role Overview ?We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Back Office Executive to oversee daily operational workflows, support policy servicing, and manage data integrity within our branch network. You will be responsible for end-to-end back-office processing, customer service support, compliance verification, and maintaining seamless coordination between front-office sales teams and central operations. ??

- Key Responsibilities ?Policy Processing & Operations: ? Manage new business policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations while ensuring zero errors in data entry.
- Claims & Servicing Support: ? Scrutinize incoming insurance claims, surrender requests, and policy modification forms to ensure all required documentation is complete before routing to underwriting/claims teams.
- Database & Vendor Management: ? Maintain accurate digital records, update CRM systems in real time, and audit physical files for proper storage and retrieval.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: ? Act as the primary bridge between the sales force, customer service desk,



and central operations to resolve operational queries efficiently.
- Compliance & Quality Audit: ?️ Strictly adhere to Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) guidelines, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks, and internal audit policies.
- Reporting & Escalations: ? Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS operational reports for senior management; handle complex policy escalations.
- Process Improvement: ? Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest digitization or automation ideas to optimize turnaround times (TAT).
- Key Qualifications & Skills ?RequirementDetailsEducation ?Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Experience ⌛0–5 years in back-office operations, preferably within Life Insurance, NBFCs, or Banking.Technical Proficiency ?Strong hands-on experience with MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word), CRM software, and ERP systems.Industry Knowledge ?Working knowledge of IRDAI regulations, KYC/AML norms, and insurance policy lifecycle operations.Soft Skills ?High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, time management, and solid verbal/written communication.What We Offer ??
