1. Hands-on experience in operating and programming welding robots, preferably IGM, Cloos, or FANUC.
2. Knowledge of TCP setting and robot calibration.
3. Feed and position parts correctly for robotic welding operations.
4. Monitor welding quality and identify/correct defects such as cold lap, porosity, and undercut.
5. Perform daily robot maintenance, including cleaning and checking for loose connections.
6. Carry out welding processes as per defined production and quality standards.
7. Hands-on experience in heavy welding.
8. Basic troubleshooting of robotic welding equipment and processes.
Technical Competencies
- Hands-on experience in robot operation, teaching, and program correction.
- Knowledge of TCP and calibration.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience in MIG welding.
- Knowledge of welding processes and defect identification.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
