- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily order processing and fulfilment.
- Oversee order packing and dispatch coordination.
- Manage and maintain the Shopify product catalog.
- Handle Shopify tagging, product categorisation, and data hygiene.
- Maintain accurate e-commerce and operational data.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly internal reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Ideal CandidateStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Positive understanding of Shopify and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable handling daily operational tasks.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred.
