As a Billing Executive in our Operations & Order Management vertical, you will be responsible for generating sales invoices and proforma invoices, coordinating with clients via calls and emails, updating price lists, processing orders, and maintaining accurate billing, inventory, and stock records.
Key responsibility
- Generate sales invoices and Proforma invoices
- Coordinate with clients through calls and emails.
- Update and maintain price lists
- Make ledger payment entries
- Bill correction & e-invoicing
- Manage inventory and stock levels.
- And any other Back end work as required.
