About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Two-Wheeler Service Technician to join our service and maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining two-wheelers while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular servicing and preventive maintenance of two-wheelers.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues accurately.
- Repair and replace faulty components, parts, and assemblies.
- Handle engine, brake, clutch, suspension, transmission, and electrical repairs.
- Inspect vehicles and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Ensure all repairs and servicing are completed according to quality and safety standards.
- Use service tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and vehicle issues.
- Coordinate with the service team to complete jobs within the expected turnaround time.
- Provide professional support and maintain a customer-focused approach.
- RequirementsITI/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Two-Wheeler Technician/Mechanic will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of two-wheeler mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
- Familiarity with basic workshop tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
