Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective lead generation and follow-up.

- Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, online channels, and other sales activities.
- Identify potential customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep updated with product knowledge, market trends, competitors,



and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with other members of the sales team to achieve overall business and revenue goals.
