Eligibility Minimum 6 Month or 1 year experience in sales

Experience in any sales industry is accepted

Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and maintain good client relationships

Explain project details and schedule site visits

Convert leads into successful sales

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties

Follow up with customers through calls and direct interaction

Support property promotions through advertisements and listings





Coordinate with the sales team for customer handling

Required Skills Tamil speaking is mandatory

Strong communication and convincing skills

Ability to achieve sales targets

Good customer service approach

Excellent follow-up and organizational skills

Professional telephone handling skills
