- Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Monitor production processes, machine performance and OEE.
- Troubleshoot process and production-related issues.
- Reduce rejection, scrap, downtime and cycle time.
- Implement Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning and Stores teams.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety and quality standards.
- Manage and guide operators/technicians on the shop floor.
- Prepare production reports and monitor key production KPIs.
Preferred Profile:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing/production, preferably electrical components, plastic processing or similar industries.
- Valuable knowledge of production processes, quality tools, problem-solving and lean manufacturing.
