We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Both Business and Franchise Development) to expand our franchise network and support franchise operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential franchise partners, generate new franchise opportunities, conduct business presentations, and convert prospects into successful franchise owners.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new franchise leads through various channels.
- Approach potential entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners interested in franchise opportunities.
- Conduct franchise presentations and explain the company's business model, investment requirements, and growth potential.
- Follow up with franchise prospects and manage the complete franchise sales cycle.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of franchise opportunities.
- Coordinate with management during franchise discussions and closure.
- Assist new franchise partners during onboarding and setup activities.
- Support existing franchise partners and coordinate with them regarding operational requirements.
- Maintain franchise lead databases, reports, and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
- Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.




- RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and business development activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
