? Provide suitable food and wine pairing suggestions when required.

? Understand guest requirements and respond to queries professionally.

? Promote appropriate food and beverage items through effective upselling.

? Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.

? Maintain accurate guest registration and seating records.

? Coordinate with restaurant staff to maintain proper service standards.
