Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, customer-friendly and sales-oriented Receptionist cum Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, coordinate with clients and contribute to EV 2-wheeler sales. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to convert customer enquiries into sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins and other communication channels.
- Explain EV 2-wheeler features, specifications, pricing and benefits to customers.
- Coordinate with customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.




- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers during the purchase process.
- Handle sales closure and complete required documentation.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry details and follow-up status.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Coordinate with the sales and internal team for smooth customer handling.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, presentable and positive personality.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi; basic English will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with sales targets and customer follow-ups.
- Fresher candidates with good communication and sales potential can also apply.

Previous experience in showroom sales, automobile sales, customer handling or reception will be an added advantage.
