- Analyze and report on WFM data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into workforce performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for reporting needs and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on analysis findings.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or related field.
- Robust analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and developing reports/dashboards.
