Job Summary

We are looking for a highly customer-centric and design-oriented product professional to help define and shape intuitive digital experiences. The role will be responsible for understanding customer needs, conducting market and user research, creating user personas and journeys, developing product requirements, and translating business objectives into engaging product experiences.

The incumbent will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users to design solutions that drive customer adoption, improve engagement, and support successful go-to-market execution. This role offers an opportunity to influence product strategy through user insights and craft experiences that create measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct customer, market, competitor, and industry research to identify opportunities and unmet user needs.
- Develop detailed user personas, customer segments, and jobs-to-be-done frameworks.
- Map end-to-end customer journeys and identify experience improvement opportunities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and product requirements.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and user experience flows for new product initiatives.
- Partner with technology, design, analytics, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support prioritization of product features based on customer impact, business value, and feasibility.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collect feedback for continuous product enhancement.
- Define and monitor product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Support go-to-market planning, launch readiness, training,



and user adoption initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Key Competencies/Skills
- Strong understanding of Product Design, User Experience (UX), and Customer-Centric Design.
- Expertise in creating User Stories, User Personas, Customer Journey Maps, and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a user-first mindset.
- Ability to conduct market research, customer interviews, and usability studies.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and product development lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital product analytics and adoption tracking metrics.

Desired qualification and experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, Product Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant Product Management / UX Certification preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience for bachelors and 3+ years for Masters in Product Design, Product Management, UX Design, Digital Product Development, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience in creating wireframes, defining user journeys, writing user stories, and contributing to successful product launches.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, fintech, or digital platforms will be an added advantage.
