Job Description:
- Connect with interested (warm) leads through calls
- Follow up and convert leads into sales
- Coordinate with store teams for closures
- Update lead status in Salesforce CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Robust convincing and negotiation skills
