Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Care Associate to support our Healthcare Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, responding to medical information inquiries, documenting adverse drug reactions, and supporting quality and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have prior healthcare voice process experience and be comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to medical information queries, product quality complaints, and general customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Receive, document, and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.




- Accurately record customer interactions and maintain documentation within defined timelines.
- Support quality checks, data reconciliation, reporting, and process improvement activities.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare industry standards and organizational procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of voice process experience (Inbound or Outbound Call Center).
- Experience supporting a Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences account.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good documentation and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Graduate in any discipline.
