Job Title: Accountant
Location: Gurgaon ( Sector 3 )
Experience Required: 2 - 4 Years
Salary Budget: 25 k to 30 k per monthly
Working Days - 6 days
Timing -9:30 am to 7:00 pm
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle statutory compliances, and support the organization in accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
* Prepare and process GST invoices accurately.
* Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries in Tally.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable records.
* Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
* Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
* Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports using Excel.
* Assist with GST related data and documentation.
* Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounts and payments.
* Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries and records.
Required Skills
* Good working knowledge of Tally.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel.
* Understanding of GST invoicing.
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
* Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to manage daily accounting tasks independently.
Qualification
* Graduate in Commerce / B.com or equivalent qualification preferred.
