Assess needs & suggest suitable loans.
Manage sourcing to disbursement.
Build relationships & achieve sales/disbursement targets.

Required Candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 6 months experience in HL/LAP/MLAP/MSME/business loan sales
Strong communication & sales skills
Target-oriented with positive negotiation ability
Age limit: 22 to 30year
