- Role and Responsibilities:
- 1Review daily Breakdown for testing machines and find root cause, take countermeasures
- 2Adherence to Preventive maintenance planning execution for all testing stations
- 3Able to understand Maintain Maintenance KPIs- MTTR, MTBF, Maintenance Cost ,% of PM and % of BM
- 4Execution of improvement plan activities related to ICT, Functional tester, HV tester, Pre Post EOL tester, Programmer/Flasher Final tester
- 5Dealing with Suppliers for Plant machine issues corrective action




- 6Supervise and train the team members about various test equipment like AC/DC Load Power supplies, Resistive/Capacitive load, AC/DC Source, DMM unit, Sensors functioning etc.
- 7Planning of spares inventory, identify the requirement Planning accordingly
- 8Able to do necessary documentation as per Maintenance standards (IATF, ISO Customer Audit)
- 9Improvement /cost saving / Breakdown reduction kaizens for testing machines
- 10Analyzed FTY trends and failure data, led RCA using structured methodologies, and implemented preventive actions to improve yield and reliability
