Healthcare Wellness Content Creator - Equity Based

Location: Remote (India) / Hybrid (Preferred: Bhubaneswar)

Commitment: Part-time | Founding Team | Equity-Based

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging, evidence-based content around healthcare, preventive health, wellness, lifestyle, and the 9 areas of wellness.
- Develop reels, short-form videos, carousels, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and educational content.
- Simplify complex healthcare concepts into relatable and easy-to-understand content.
- Research health topics and ensure content is scientifically credible and responsible.

Video Social Media

- Ideate, script, and create short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Support founder-led videos, expert interviews, podcasts, webinars, and healthcare awareness campaigns.
- Develop strong hooks, storytelling formats, and recurring content series.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form formats.

Brand Storytelling

- Help position HiWox as a credible preventive healthcare and wellness brand.
- Build storytelling around the 9 areas of wellness, healthcare professionals, wellness journeys, and the HiWox vision.
- Develop educational campaigns that create awareness while building trust in the brand.

Expert Community Content

- Work with doctors, consultants, nutritionists, psychologists, fitness professionals, and other experts to create expert-led content.
- Coordinate interviews, podcasts, webinars, and collaborations.
- Help build a network of healthcare professionals and creators who can contribute to HiWoxs content ecosystem.

Content Growth

- Track content performance and identify what topics, formats, hooks, and platforms are working.




- Stay updated with healthcare and wellness trends.
- Use AI and content tools to improve research, scripting, editing, repurposing, and distribution.

Immediate Priorities - First 90 Days

- Build HiWoxs healthcare and wellness content pillars.
- Develop content around the 9 areas of wellness.
- Build a consistent short-form video engine.
- Support founder-led content, podcasts, expert interviews, and webinars.
- Create educational campaigns around preventive healthcare and wellness.
- Build a network of healthcare experts and content collaborators.
- Establish a repeatable content creation and distribution system.

Founding Opportunity

This is an equity-only founding team opportunity.

Founder Onboarding Process

- 3-4 strategic discussions to evaluate expertise, creativity, execution ability, and long-term alignment.
- A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate ownership and contribution.
- Long-term founding team agreement.
- Equity allocation based on contribution and commitment.
- 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can make healthcare and wellness genuinely interesting and relatable.





You should be able to combine scientific credibility with robust storytelling and understand how to turn healthcare knowledge into content that people actually want to watch, read, and share.

Bonus if you have experience in HealthTech, healthcare, fitness, wellness, D2C, creator brands, or founder-led content.

We are looking for

We are not looking for someone who simply posts generic health tips.

We are looking for a founding Healthcare Wellness Content Creator who can build HiWoxs content engine, establish its voice and authority, work with healthcare experts, and help communicate the vision of a technology-enabled preventive healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Healthcare, Medicine, Nursing, Nutrition, Psychology, Public Health, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5+ years of experience in healthcare content, wellness content, social media, journalism, marketing, or content creation.
- Strong research, writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable working with healthcare professionals and discussing health-related topics.
- On-camera presence is a robust advantage.
