Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email, WhatsApp and online research.

- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Contact potential B2B and B2C customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain and pitch software, hardware and IT solutions offered by the company.
- Handle products such as Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, laptops, desktops, printers and other IT solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals and product details with customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to close sales.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, quotations and sales activities.
- Update and manage customer/lead information in CRM or company systems.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate wherever required and assist in closing deals.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, accounts and backend teams for smooth order processing.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and explore repeat-business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups on pending quotations and open opportunities.
- Share daily/weekly sales activity and performance reports with the reporting manager.
- Stay updated about company products, pricing, offers and competitor activities.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of computers and IT products.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and regular customer follow-ups.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn software and hardware products quickly.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
