- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system or order pads.

- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.




- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Prepare and present bills, process payments, and return change or receipts accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area according to food safety standards.
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues to the Restaurant Manager when necessary.
- Follow all restaurant policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
