About the Role We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in paid media and digital advertising. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive Sales, conversions, and business growth.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of advertising spend.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
- Create and manage lead generation, traffic, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.




- Identify opportunities for improving campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, targeting options, and digital marketing trends.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of paid campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and conversion tracking.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns will be an added advantage.
