What you'll do

✓Visit residential, MSME, school, and govt clients across your assigned Odisha district.✓Explain solar solutions, subsidies (OREDA, PM Surya Ghar), and ROI with custom proposals.✓Close 4–6 deals/month independently — earn uncapped incentives on every closure.✓Hand over sold projects to EPC/installation team and maintain client relations for AMC upsells.Who you are

✓3–5 yrs field sales — solar, FMCG, banking, agri-inputs, real estate — all welcome.✓Know Odisha districts well; own two-wheeler; willing to travel.✓Solid in Odia/Hindi; basic English is a bonus.✓
