Support the development of manufacturing process flow from enquiry to job completion. Assist Manufacturing Engineers in process development and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform product and process costing. Conduct feasibility checks and freeze confirmed parameters. Manage engineering changes effectively. Work closely with production floor teams as required. Participate in learning and development activities to enhance performance. Handle additional responsibilities as required based on organizational needs. Develop and manage APQP, PPAP, and FMEA documentation.
