Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior execution works at project sites. The candidate should be able to coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, designers, and clients to ensure that work is completed as per the approved design, drawings, quality standards, and schedule.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day interior site execution and activities.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling workers, and other contractors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, BOQ, and specifications.
- Check the quality and finishing of all interior works.
- Monitor daily site progress and report updates to the management.
- Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper usage of materials at the site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design and management teams for solutions.
- Ensure proper measurements and execution as per drawings.
- Coordinate with clients and update them regarding site progress when required.
- Maintain proper site discipline, cleanliness, and safety.
- Check work completed by contractors and assist in verifying measurements and bills.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Ensure project timelines are followed and coordinate with workers to avoid delays.
- Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in Interior Site Supervision / Interior Execution.
- Good knowledge of residential and commercial interior works.
- Good understanding of 2D drawings and interior detailing.
- Knowledge of carpentry, modular works, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other interior works.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Hindi language knowledge is mandatory for effective communication with workers and contractors.
- Tamil and English communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple site activities and manage workers effectively.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.
- Preferred CandidateResponsible and hardworking.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
- Ability to solve site-related issues independently.
- Should be able to work under pressure and complete work within project deadlines.
Working Hours 09:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Salary: Based on experience and skill level.
