E-Commerce Specialist — Job DescriptionWe are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to manage and maintain our clothing brand’s online store. The role will involve product listings, inventory updates, order processing, invoicing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the dispatch/operations team.
- Generate invoices and maintain accurate order records.
- Monitor stock levels and update website inventory regularly.
- Handle product updates, promotions, discounts, and website content.
- Coordinate with marketplaces and delivery partners, if required.
- Track orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Ensure the website is updated, accurate, and running smoothly.
- Prepare basic sales and e-commerce reports.

Requirements:

Positive knowledge of e-commerce platforms, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with a clothing/fashion brand or online retail is preferred.
