Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive for our warehouse operations who will be responsible for inspecting the quality, functionality, packing, and overall condition of Tripods and Ring Lights before dispatch. The candidate should have good attention to detail and basic knowledge of electronic/electrical products and warehouse quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspection of Tripods, Ring Lights, and related accessories during inward, picking, packing, and pre-dispatch stages.
- Check products for physical damage, scratches, cracks, missing parts, loose components, and manufacturing defects.
- Check Ring Light functionality, including power supply, lighting modes, brightness adjustment, switches, and other available functions.
- Check Tripod quality, including height adjustment, locking mechanism, stand stability, legs, mobile holder, and other accessories.
- Verify that the correct SKU, model, colour, size, and quantity are being processed as per the order.
- Ensure all required accessories and components are available inside the box.
- Check product packaging for proper sealing, damage, and correct packing material.
- Identify and segregate defective, damaged, or incomplete products and maintain proper records.
- Perform random quality checks on packed orders before dispatch.
- Maintain daily QC/QA reports and record rejection, defect, and rework quantities.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse, Packing, Inward,



and Operations teams for quality-related issues.
- Report repeated defects and support the team in identifying the Root Cause (RCA).
- Ensure rejected products are properly tagged, segregated, and moved to the designated area.
- Support inventory accuracy by ensuring defective/damaged products are not mixed with saleable stock.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain required quality standards and housekeeping in the QA area.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of warehouse quality checking and inspection processes.
- Basic understanding of electronic products and accessories.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining QA reports.
- Ability to identify product defects and packing-related issues.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the warehouse team.
- Knowledge of SKU, barcode, inward, picking, packing, and dispatch processes will be an advantage.

Education

Minimum: 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in warehouse QA/QC, electronics product inspection, e-commerce operations, or consumer electronics quality checking will be preferred.
