Job Profile – Manage the call volume, daily attendance and program break schedules Work closely with the sales team to analyse and help improve their delivery processes Produce daily, biweekly and monthly internal reports.
Criteria - Knowledge of Advanced MS Excel is a must. Must be able to create reports using data. Knowledge of Google App Script, SQL, Macros, etc will be a bonus.
Education – Graduation not required.
Work Timing: Rotational (9 Hrs of Work)
Salary: Upto 25k in hand
Schedule – Rotational shifts & week off.
