Job SummaryKaushik Outdoors is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, maintaining solid customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets for our outdoor advertising solutions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through field visits, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Promote the company's outdoor advertising services, including hoardings, railway advertising, transit media, and other branding solutions.
- Meet architects, builders, real estate developers, automobile dealers, educational institutions, hospitals, retail businesses, and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for proposal submission.
- Follow up with clients until deal closure.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Collect client feedback and provide regular market updates.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/Excel records.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Accounts teams for smooth campaign execution and payment follow-ups.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in meeting clients independently.
- Good presentation and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to travel extensively within Ahmedabad and nearby areas.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and own a two-wheeler.
- Knowledge of the Ahmedabad market will be an added advantage.
