Key Responsibilities
Order Pickup: Collect packed grocery/household items promptly from designated dark stores/hubs.
Doorstep Delivery: Navigate local routes using the app and deliver orders safely within committed 10–15 minute timelines (typically within a 3–5 km radius of the dark store).
Customer Handover: Handle payments (if cash/COD) and interact professionally with customers.
Maintenance: Maintain delivery bag, gear, and vehicle in good condition.
Eligibility & Documents Required
Age: 18 years or older.
Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, active Bank Account details.
Vehicle: Own 2-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License, RC, and insurance OR an Electric Bicycle/Cycle.
