Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hospital Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and support accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within a hospital or healthcare environment and be familiar with medical billing and insurance processes.

- Key Responsibilities:Maintain and manage the hospital’s financial records and general ledger
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and collections
- Handle patient billing reconciliation and coordinate with the billing department
- Providing quoatation for surgeries, medical managemnt, admissions, explaining procedure admission costs, convincing patients for admissions.
- Monitor insurance claims, reimbursements, and revenue cycles
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and internal policies
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting,



and cost control initiatives
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits
- Track and report on hospital expenses, departmental budgets, and profitability
- Work closely with management to improve financial processes and efficiency
- Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5+ years of accounting experience (healthcare/hospital experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Familiarity with hospital billing systems and insurance processes
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
- Preferred Qualifications: B COM, M Com, MBA, finance & accounting, CA / CMA / CPA
- Experience with hospital management software
