Inside Sales Executive – Plotted DevelopmentJob Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle leads for our residential plotted development projects. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential buyers, understanding their requirements, explaining plot details, generating site visits, and converting leads into bookings.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads from digital marketing, property portals, campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their plot-buying requirements.
- Explain project location, plot sizes, pricing, amenities, approvals, payment plans, and investment advantages.
- Qualify leads based on budget, preferred location, plot size, and purchase timeline.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Work closely with the field sales team to convert site visits into bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls,



qualified leads, site visits, bookings, and sales.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate information to move prospects toward a purchase decision.
- Keep track of competitor projects, pricing, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Ideal Candidate0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or real estate sales.
- Experience in plot sales / land sales / real estate is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of sales calls.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Good command of English and the local language.
