Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain company registration, government schemes, grants, certifications, and other consultancy services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular client communication.
- Convert qualified leads into successful clients.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
