Quality Control Engineer

Qualification:

- B.Tech / BE Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a metal manufacturing company

Key Skills:

- Quality Inspection & Testing

- Measurement Instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.)

- Preparation of Quality Documents

- Customer Inspection Handling

- Engineering Drawing Reading

- QC Documentation & Reporting

- Manpower Handling

- MS Office

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

- Prepare and maintain quality documents, inspection reports, and records.

- Coordinate and handle customer inspections at the manufacturing facility.

- Ensure product quality as per drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

- Use measuring instruments for dimensional inspection and quality verification.

- Supervise QC manpower and inspection activities on the shop floor.

- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Coordinate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
