Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Tailor to join our garment manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for stitching garments according to specifications, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Stitch garments according to design specifications, measurements, and production requirements.
- Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently and safely.
- Read and understand patterns, markers, and garment specifications.
- Perform stitching operations such as joining, hemming, attaching collars, sleeves, pockets, and zippers.
- Ensure stitching quality and finishing meet company standards.
- Maintain production speed while ensuring accuracy.
- Identify and correct minor stitching defects.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of machines and tools.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
- Coordinate with supervisors, cutters, and quality inspectors.

Qualifications

- Minimum: Basic tailoring training or experience
