Hiring Telecallers (Real Estate)

Location: Kavuri Hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad

- Salary: Freshers – ₹16,000 per month
- Experienced (Sales/Real Estate Sales) – Up to ₹20,000 per month + attractive Incentives

? Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain real estate projects.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about property listings.

- Maintain follow‑up with interested leads to convert them into site visits and closures.
- Build rapport with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Update daily call records, lead status, and feedback in CRM/Excel trackers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule property visits and meetings.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation,



site visits, and conversions.
- Share regular updates with management on call performance and customer responses.

? Skills & Requirements:

Fluent Telugu speaking skills; basic English communication required.

Good convincing skills and customer handling ability.

Freshers welcome; prior experience in any sales/real estate sales preferred.

Confidence, patience, and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
