We are looking for an experienced Import Documentation & CHA Costing Executive to manage import documentation, CHA billing, shipment coordination and import costing. The candidate must have valuable practical knowledge of GST, TDS and import-related accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Import Documentation and maintain proper shipment records.
- Verify Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Insurance, Bill of Entry and other import documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Transporters and Suppliers for timely shipment clearance.
- Verify and process CHA Bills, Freight Bills, CFS/Port Charges, Transportation Charges and other import-related expenses.
- Prepare accurate shipment-wise CHA Costing and Import Costing.
- Calculate and maintain Landed Cost including Customs Duty, IGST, Freight, Insurance, CHA Charges, CFS/Port Charges and other expenses.
- Check discrepancies in CHA/vendor invoices and coordinate for corrections.




- Maintain proper records of import expenses and supporting documents.
- Have practical knowledge of GST, IGST on Imports, Bill of Entry and Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- Have practical knowledge of TDS applicability, deduction and accounting on vendor/CHA/service invoices.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for import-related accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Reconcile CHA/vendor statements and outstanding balances.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to import shipments and costing.
- Assist in audit and other compliance requirements.

*Preferred Candidate

Candidates with practical experience in Import Documentation + CHA Costing + GST + TDS + Import Accounting will be preferred.

Note: Candidates with only general import documentation experience and without practical knowledge of GST, TDS and import costing may not be suitable for this position.
