Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present high-quality Chinese and Pan Asian dishes as per established recipes and standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portioning and quality.
- Ensure proper mise en place and smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team during service.
- Assist in stock handling and minimise food wastage.

- Candidate ProfileRelevant experience in Chinese / Pan Asian cuisine preferred.
- Lead and supervise the assigned kitchen section and guide junior team members
- Good understanding of Asian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Robust team-player attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good hygiene, discipline and professional conduct are essential.
