Job Description:

- Ensure strict adherence to QMS, IMS/IATF procedures, work instructions and safety standards.
- Manage receipt, storage, stock entry, traceability and accountability of finished goods with proper GCR documentation.
- Ensure timely transfer of daily targeted output to packing and coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Packing, Marketing and Dispatch teams.
- Plan and effectively utilise manpower, machinery and resources to achieve productivity, quality and delivery targets.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the system/registers and conduct monthly stock verification.
- Ensure proper 5S, identification, traceability and systematic stacking of finished goods.
- Train and develop employees to improve competency, quality, productivity and discipline.
- Handle internal, third-party and agency audits and provide required records/documents.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and participate in daily, weekly and monthly review meetings.
- Ensure protected working practices and occupational health & safety requirements in the stores area.
- Maintain/update records using the FOCUS app and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
