- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain company services, offers, and packages to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into appointments/sales.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/clinic team for appointments and customer requirements.
- Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate information.
- Ensure regular follow-up with leads until closure.
- Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with customers.




- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
