Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set EDM Spark & Wire-Cut machines.
- Perform machine setting, job dial, offset and parameter adjustments.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Measure components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality as per specifications.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine checks.
- Maintain production records and basic data in MS Excel.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace discipline.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die / Mechanical / Machinist preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant EDM operating experience.
- Knowledge of Spark EDM and/or Wire-Cut EDM.
- Positive understanding of measuring instruments and basic drawing reading.
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
