Telecaller – Travel Industry | Noida

Position: Telecaller

Location: B-127, Sector 2, Noida

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Incentive- Based on Performance

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Explain travel packages and holiday plans to customers.

Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships.

Maintain accurate customer records and call reports.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or the travel industry is preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply).

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and convincing skills.
