- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for telecalling and lead generation positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on communication skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Coordinate the joining and onboarding process of selected candidates.
- Maintain employee attendance and basic HR records.
- Handle employee queries related to company policies and HR procedures.
- Assist management with employee engagement and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure employees follow company rules, policies, and workplace standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment and HR reports for management.
- Support the company in maintaining a professional and productive work environment.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and qualified behavior.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Experience: 0–2 years in HR/recruitment preferred. Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
