- Support sales and service teams in customer engagement activities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- QualificationAny Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Customer Support.
- Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Knowledge of Diesel Generators (DG) is an added advantage.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
