Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, professional, and fluent Corporate Trainer who will be responsible for training all new employees joining the organization. The trainer will be the first point of contact for new joiners during their induction and training period and will ensure that they are fully prepared before being assigned to their respective departments.

- Key Responsibilities:Conduct induction and training sessions for all newly joined employees.
- Provide new joiners with a detailed understanding of the company’s background, history, vision, mission, values, culture, and overall business operations.
- Explain the company’s organizational structure, departments, processes, policies, rules, and work culture.
- Make new employees familiar with the company’s expectations, professional standards, and workplace practices.
- Provide basic training related to their respective roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand the requirements of different departments and prepare employees accordingly.
- Evaluate trainees’ understanding, performance, and readiness during the training period.
- Maintain proper training records, attendance, assessments, and feedback.




- Share regular updates and performance reports with management.
- Ensure that every new joiner successfully completes the required training before being transferred to their respective department.
- Provide additional guidance and support to employees wherever required.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent and fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to handle training sessions for multiple employees.
- Prior experience in Corporate Training, HR, Employee Induction, Learning & Development, or a similar role will be preferred.
